All price are inclusive chauffeur, petrol, ERP and carpark fee and are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Minimum hour charges will be based on the rates advertised on our website.

For extension of service, timing above 15 minutes will be billed according to price per hour.

Cancellation notice of less than 48 hours notice prior to pick up will NOT be Refunded. 

Coach Cancellation of less than 7 days notice prior to pick up will NOT be Refunded.

For all other Cancellation only 50% of base fare will be Refunded.

Last minute bookings will require 20-30 minutes notice to allocate and dispatch vehicle. Whereby vehicles provided will be subjected to availability.

Response time for vehicle exchange due to break down would be about 20-30 minutes or as soon as possible.

For transfer/departure, waiting time that is more than 20 minutes but less than 45 minutes will be considered as 2-way charge.

For transfer/departure, waiting time that is more than 45 minutes will be considered as Disposal charge (Min 3hrs).

For arrival transfer after flight landed waiting time, if it is more than 60 minutes but less than 90 minutes, will be considered as 2-way charge.

For arrivals, complementary waiting time of 45 mins after flight land, thereafter, $10 per 10 mins block will be chargeable capped at max 30 Mins / 3 Blocks. Any Further delays will be considered as Disposal charge (Min 3hrs).

Additional charges may apply during festive season, public holidays and special events.

Midnight surcharge  is applicable from 2300 to 0700hrs at $15 per transfer or $15 per hr.

Coach Midnight surcharge  is applicable from 2300 to 0700hrs at $25 per transfer or $25 per hr.

We reserve the right to upgrade/change the vehicles with no additional charge.

Booking is ONLY Confirmed once payment is received.
